După peste 12 ani de lucru pentru companii precum Starbucks și Oil & Gas Industries, a devenit din ce în ce mai interesat de industria anti-îmbătrânire, longevitate și sănătate. Fiind pasionată de exerciții fizice și de viață sănătoasă a obținut diverse diplome pentru a-și putea urma visul și a deveni profesoară.
Acum este instructor de yoga certificat de Yoga Alliance, instructor Classic Pilates Mat Work, instructor Refofmer de Balanced Body, CPTT de CpPilates Education și Personal Trainer certificat în România, antrenor de spinning și fitness certificat de Move On World Class și căutător permanent al unui stil de viață echilibrat urmând cele mai recente principii de antiaging.
