  1. Traditional/Authentic and Modern Pilates
  2. Body assessment and alignment:
    • Set-up customer profile
    • Evaluation of nutritional status through bioimpedance analysis with Tanita equipment
    • Creating the training program for the customer
  3. Classical Repertoire and Modifications
  4. Most frequent Spine & Knee precautions

II. PROGRESSING ON THE TOWER (16:00 – 20:00)

  1. Roll up Bar series (RUB) and variations
  2. Push Thru Bar (PTB) series and variations
  3. Arm in springs / legs in springs

Day 2 – Saturday 25th March

III. PROGRESSING ON THE REFORMER (10:00-15:30 including lunch break)

  1. General updates
  2. Footwork series analysis and variations
  3. Arm & legs in straps series
  4. Abdominal series
  5. Short box series
  6. Long box series
  7. Knee stretches
  8. Stomach massage series
  9. Up-stretches & the plank series
  10. Standing series

IV. PILATES GROUP CLASSES(RGC) PROGRAMMING (16:00-20:00) Reformer:

  1. How to create a program for RGC for 1 month
  2. How to handle multiple customers
  3. How to add props in the program

Day 3 – Sunday 26th March

V. PILATES GROUP CLASSES FORMATS & PROGRAMMING (9:00-12:00)

  1. Tower
  2. Reformer & Tower
  3. Mat & Reformer
