- Creating the training program for the customer
- Classical Repertoire and Modifications
- Most frequent Spine & Knee precautions
II. PROGRESSING ON THE TOWER (16:00 – 20:00)
- Roll up Bar series (RUB) and variations
- Push Thru Bar (PTB) series and variations
- Arm in springs / legs in springs
Day 2 – Saturday 25th March
III. PROGRESSING ON THE REFORMER (10:00-15:30 including lunch break)

- Footwork series analysis and variations

IV. PILATES GROUP CLASSES(RGC) PROGRAMMING (16:00-20:00) Reformer:
- How to create a program for RGC for 1 month
- How to handle multiple customers
- How to add props in the program
